Taiwan Tai-Chuan is a professional manufacturing company with a history of over 30 years. We have a strict quality inspection and control system. We conduct incoming material inspection from the initial forging of raw materials to the completion of rough blank production to check whether its appearance, size and gross weight meet the standard range. The next stage is the finished product production. During the process, the supervisor will make preliminary finished product processing corrections, and the operating personnel will measure the dimensions at all times to ensure that the finished product is correct. Finally, the quality control personnel will conduct sampling inspections. Only after all clearances are passed can they be put into storage and shipped. Each department is closely linked and integrated .
